CMC Networks achieves B-BBEE Level 1 Status again in South Africa

“For the second year in a row, we are proud to announce that we have again achieved Level 1 B-BBEE status. This is representative of CMC Networks continued dedication and ongoing commitment to aligning our operational plans to our transformation objectives across all the elements. We will continue to proactively support these objectives, as well as our customers and employees in the environment in which we operate. This is an absolute priority for our business and motivates us to do even more.” says CEO, Marisa Trisolino.

Not only does the level 1 B-BBEE status offer tangible benefits to CMC’s Customers, but it is a clear demonstration of the ongoing commitment to meaningful transformation in South Africa, the growth of the economy and playing our part in tackling youth unemployment and skills development to uplift local communities.

“We see this milestone as part of the broader and critically important task of dealing with our country’s inequality. CMC Networks prides itself on its strategic approach to attracting, retaining and developing high performing talent as well as providing career pathways for unemployed graduates and disabled people. This is incorporated in our Skills Development initiatives which include leadership development, mentoring, employee bursaries, learnerships, internships, working student bursaries and participation in the YES program.
