Charles Kuppusamy - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Charles brings over 26 years of deep-sector expertise in Telecommunications and Information Technology to his role as COO. Before joining CMC Networks, he served as Regional Head of Customer Services Management at Orange Business Services, following a series of strategic management positions within the group. His foundational expertise was built in senior engineering roles at global providers Equant and SITA.

He holds dual Master’s degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration and is a certified CIO Professional. Driven by a lifelong passion for technical innovation, Charles now spearheads CMC’s operational strategy. He is focused on delivering "Best in Class" Integrated Communication Technologies powered by AiOps, ensuring that operational excellence is always balanced with a relentless commitment to customer centricity.
