Nadine Naicker is the Chief People Officer at CMC Networks. She is an experienced HR executive with a strong track record across the technology and international business sectors, with a particular focus on people strategy, leadership and organisational development.
Prior to joining CMC Networks, Nadine was the HR Business Partner for Africa and Senior HR Manager for Ireland at Vertiv Ltd., where she partnered with leadership teams across multiple markets on people strategy, organisational transformation, talent and employee relations. Nadine is also an admitted attorney, bringing a strong legal and commercial perspective to her approach to people leadership.
She is passionate about building high-performing, engaged teams and creating people strategies that support business growth, strengthen organisational culture and enable both people and businesses to thrive.
